I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist and I have been running a successful counselling and psychotherapy service in Fulwood Preston for over 4 years. In addition I practice and occasionally teach at the University of Central Lancashire.
I originally trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor and began my practice in a GP Surgery in 1997. I completed my psychotherapy training in 2007 with
York Psychotherapy Training Centre. Over the next 2 yrs I will be training at the
Centre for Somatic Studies in New York and integrating this effective approach into my work.
As a Gestalt Psychotherapist I am fully committed to this approach and work within the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institutes code of ethics and professional practice. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
