I offer supervision to psychotherapists, counsellors and others in the helping profession.
I see supervision as an essential ingredient for an ethical and lively approach to therapy and work in a co-creative way to support awareness of the dynamics within the therapy whilst supporting the development of the supervisee. My supervision training is ongoing with the
Edinburgh Gestalt Institute and works well across modalities.
I have over 15 years experience in the mental health profession working with a broad range of clients in various settings that have included:
A therapeutic community for adults with enduring mental health problems.
Drug Day Care,working with alcohol and substance misuse.
In addition I have worked with young people with special needs,young offenders and more recently I have been employed within Higher Education.
I charge £35.00 p/h for supervision.
